Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Our goal is to ship you your purchase as fast as possible, to not compromise the integrity of the product and get it in your hands.
Do you offer international shipping?
We only offer International shipping to Canada at this time.
What is your return policy?
We have a strict return policy. We only accept returns of unopened and unused items. Perfume is highly subjective and personal. We cannot accept a return simply because you’re not satisfied withe the fragrance. If you need to return your item, please contact us at info@finescents.net within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we recieve the order and verify the condition of the returned order, we will begin the refund process. Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable and it may take some time for your refund to show up in your account, depending on your card’s issuer policies. Please note due to international regulations, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
What if my bottle is damaged?
Take a photo of the damaged item and email them to info@finescents.net. Include your order number and details of the damaged bottle(s) in your email. We need to receive the information and the photos within 5 days of delivery.
How are orders fulfilled?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order out as fast as possible, usually within 2 days after the order has been placed. In some cases, it may take up to 5 days to fulfill an order. Occasionally, US Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that. We also work with companies over in Europe and sometimes run into shipping delays.
